Simple German Stewed Brains Cooking Recipe

Below is the quick and easy cooking recipe for German Stewed Brains.

Clean the brains. Heat 1 tablespoonful of drippings in a pan; add the brains, 1 sliced onion, some parsley, salt and pepper. Let stew fifteen minutes. Thicken the sauce with butter and flour. Het boil up. Serve the German Stewed Brains hot with spinach and sprinkle all with chopped hard-boiled eggs.
