Simple Austrian Goulasch Cooking Recipe

Below is the quick and easy cooking recipe for Austrian Goulasch.

In salt water, Boil two calves' heads until tender. Then from the bone cut the meat. Fry one dozen small peeled onions and three potatoes, cut into dice pieces. Stir in one tablespoonful of flour and the meat sauce in which it was cooked. After boil up, add the sliced meat, 1 teaspoon of paprica and salt to taste. Finally, let all cook for fifteen minutes then serve the Austrian Goulasch very hot.
