Simple Camphor Julep Cooking Recipe

Below is the quick and easy cooking recipe for Camphor Julep.

Dissolve a quarter of an ounce of camphor in half a pint of brandy. It may thus be kept fit for use. And a tea-spoonful taken in a wine glass of cold water will be found an agreeable dose.—Another way. To a quarter of an ounce of camphor, add a quart of boiling water, and a quart of cold. Let it stand six hours, and strain it off for use.
